Questions people ask

What is the difference between a service agreement and a contractor agreement?
A service agreement is what you give your clients when you deliver work to them. A contractor agreement is what you give people you hire to do work for you. If you run an agency, you likely need both.
Can I stop work when a client does not pay?
Yes. The agreement includes a suspension clause, so you can pause the work when an invoice is overdue without breaching the contract yourself.
What about scope creep?
The variations clause sets out how changes to the scope are agreed and charged, so extra work does not turn into free work by default.
Does it deal with consumer guarantees?
Yes. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, those guarantees cannot be contracted out of. This agreement is written around them rather than pretending they are not there.
Is it a subscription?
No. $39 once. Reuse it for every client. No monthly fee.
